Last year there were over $13 Billion dollars of small business loans guaranteed by the SBA. We will teach you how to get your share of this business and earn a substantial income by helping businesses obtain SBA government guaranteed financing. The Small Business Administration (SBA) has recently updated their guidelines which has made it easier for small to mid size businesses to obtain SBA guaranteed funding.
There are two sources of income in the SBA Consulting business; the SBA permits a $2,500.00 fee for service paid by the applicant to you for loan packaging and placement services and small/ midsize regional banks will pay you up to 2% of the total loan amount for business development. The income opportunity is unlimited, you can work full time or partime, you can operate your own SBA Consulitng practice, start an SBA department or partner with us....The choice is yours.
This business is not regulated by the NMLS, state licensing, mortgage or real estate divisions but regulated by the SBA. This is a federal program and once certified you can work with business owners in all 50 states and the territories to expand an existing business, refinance and restructure business debt, help businesses obtain working capital or money for improvements, buy a franchise, buy a building and finance most other business expenses. You can partner with professionals such as; accountants, attorneys, agents, brokers, leasing and property managers and work on a referral basis. We will teach how.
As of February 2011 the SBA 504 program can now refinance commercial owner/user property up to 90% LTV including self storage. Previously in October 2010 the SBA updated all of the underwriting guidelines and Congress passed HR5297. All of these changes have made it easier for businesses to qualify for SBA loans. SBA 7a loans are available from $150,000 to $5 million and 504 real estate purchase & debt refinancing is available up to $10 million. Under the new regulations a small business is defined as having less than $5 million in net income and less than $15 million in net assets; there are now more than 35 million existing businesses that could be eligible for financing. There are thousands of businesses in your local area that need financial help and we will teach you how to find and help these business owners.
The training is presented by American Capital Credit Corporation and is taught by Jeff Hildebrandt, a State certified SBA instructor (see attached instructor Bio). The certification course can be completed
with our self study DVD Course. Included with your program is 12 hours of training on 11 DVD's that can be completed in two full days or four, three hour sessions; two training and reference manuals, and attendance at a one day live training class on marketing and business development.
Certification Fee: $495.00 includes 11 self study DVD's, two training and reference manuals and attendance at the one day marketing and business development course.
