- Complete one day SBA training and certification course which includes: Two (2) training reference manuals covering: 7a and 504 SBA government guarantee programs, SBA SOP 50-10 underwriting guide, the initial consultation and retainer agreements, SBA pre qualification application forms, preparing the cash flow, credit memorandum and submission package, letter of intent, business development and marketing, where to find clients, the SBA loan application package, understanding credit reports, determining interest rates, the lending process and income and fees.
