Government guaranteed SBA financing will be the most utilized loan program for commercial and business transactions for the foreseeable future. On March 16th the government changed the SBA guidelines. They now guarantee up to 90% of the business loans and they are waiving the guarantee fee. You will learn about these and the other changes that help make it easier to qualify for financing. Come and learn how to incorporate government financing into your business. You will learn how to use the 7a loan to start or expand a business and you will also be taught how to use the 504 program for commercial real estate purchase transactions with only a 10% down payment. Loan amounts are available up to $5 million. This class is approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division and the Mortgage Lending Division for 3 hours of general continuing education credits.
